2 months old

Bo is 2 months old!! This week he...

• wears 0-3 month clothes
• size 1 diapers
• got his shots.He did great and only cried when it was happening.
• sleeps one 4-5 hour stretch at night
• loves getting clothes and diapers changed
• loves sucking on his fingers
• makes lots of noises-goo, gah, ooh, ah, squawking, ahoooo
• smiles and laughs
• loves kicking his feet
• loves baths
• doesn't like naps
• loves being outside
• is very good at tracking objects and people
• likes tummy time
• can scoot forward with his feet on his playmat
• won a Radio Flyer bike at Sovereignty Day
• likes his rattles and mirrors
• weighs 10 lbs 7 oz, 22 1/2 in long, 15 3/4 in head

8 weeks old

• sleeps one 5 hr stretch at night
• smiles and laughs
• loves sucking on his fingers
• loves bath time
• doesn't like getting out of the bath
• went to a funeral visitation
• started wearing long sleeves
• enjoys diaper changes
• hates napping
• kept scooting legs between cradle slats so sleeps in his travel bed in the cradle
• went to his first baseball game-South Bend Silver Hawks-they lost
• loves to hold our fingers when falling asleep
• blows bubbles with his mouth

Seven weeks old

• smiles and silent laughs
• follows people and objects around the room
• sleeps 1 5 hr stretch at night then 3 hours
• wakes at 2 and 6 and then gets up for the day at 8
• likes to be rocked to sleep
• takes short naps
• likes tummy time and his rattles
• eats every 2 hours
• likes his stroller
• had his baby shower at church
• introduced a bottle
• discovered the tv
• loves looking at the fan and shadows
• sucks on his fingers
• started drooling
• kicks and scoots out of his boppy
• doesn't like to be left alone
• loves bath time

Six weeks old

• loves looking in the mirror
• follows people with his eyes
• recognizes his mommy
• makes noises, squawks, coos
• smiles and tries to laugh but no sound comes out
• eats every 1.5 hours
• weighs 10 lbs 2 oz
• walked the Mackinac Bridge
• had his longest car ride at 5 1/2 hours
• went shopping with mommy in South Bend
• sticks hands in his mouth
